Product features:                                                                                                                                                                           95XP is a glycol ether adipate. It is an effective plasticizer for polar and semi-polar plastics and is resistant to high temperatures without loss of compatibility. It is compatible with polar rubber and polar rubber interpolymers such as ACM, NBR and ECO. It can also be used in PVC, PVC-Rubber blends, polyurethanes, polyvinyl butyral and polyesters. 95XP can be used as an auxiliary material to improve processability in extrusion applications or to improve release properties in molding applications.   

工作原理：
在要求低温条件下具备良好兼容性和柔韧性的应用中95XP是首要选择。它通过降低玻璃化转变温度改善橡胶混合物的低温性质。由于极性较高，它具有很好的耐烃性质，可使用水和乙二醇进行有限萃取。

浓度：
根据聚合物的极性，需要不同浓度95XP。通常，推荐的浓度不超过30phr。最佳浓度还取决于填料和其他添加剂，因为它们也会影响总体极性。25phr，适用于ACN值较低 (30-40%)的NBR橡胶；40phr，适用于ACN 值较高 (>40%)的NBR橡胶；5-15 phr，适用于氯醇人造橡胶； 10-20phr，适用于丙烯酸人造橡胶； 2-5 phr，适用于改善挤塑应用中的加工性能或改善模压应用中的脱模性能。

Concentration:
Depending on the polarity of the polymer, different concentrations of 95XP are required. Generally, the recommended concentration does not exceed 30 phr. The optimum concentration also depends on the filler and other additives as they also affect the overall polarity. 25 phr for NBR rubber with 30% ACN value; 40 phr for NBR rubber with ACN 40%; 5-15 phr for ECO; 10-20 phr for ACM; 2-5 phr for Improve processability in extrusion applications or improve release properties in molding applications.
